Dexter Jackson is the same height as me, around 5'6". So he is a massive inspiration for me.

I stopped comparing myself to body images in the media and striving to meet particular body goals. The images I like take more work than I wish to take on. I am better for it. It makes progress seem easier when I can appreciate the changes I have made and what I do for myself on a daily basis.
